Inspiring messages will be taught at our Sunday and Wednesday services, as well as, in the Children's and Youth Ministries. Prayer is most powerful when done in agreement with other believers.
So we are having a special Prayer Night to kick off our 30 Days of Prayer.
Unite with us on Friday, September 8th from 7 – 11pm in the main sanctuary. Because we know God answers prayer, we have to end this prayer campaign right!
On Friday, October 6th at 7pm we will celebrate our prayer successes together with a night of Praise and Worship.
He especially desires you pray about your marriage and the one person you are spending the rest of your life with! Every day for the next 30 days, you will pray in a specific way for your husband.
Some days there will also be an opportunity for you to read a related article, or watch a short video.
TO tells me his parents are “quite curious” about me and then jumps into a big reveal about a super personal family situation.
I decide that this is probably the appropriate time to come clean/tell him he was part of an experiment.
This could be useful if you know you have a deadline based on a certain number of business days.
This brings me to the warning I should have placed at the beginning of this experiment. (Yes, I can play this game all day.)Here is a brief, self-asked/answered Q&A to wrap this sucker up: So wait, what happened with Tinder Oliver*?!
If you cherish your soul, do not try this in your own small-but-full-of-character studio apartment. Remember that Tame Impala concert we were supposed to go to? This was a big step up from the last time I had a toothbrush at a guy’s place (purchased/placed there by me) and he later texted me, asking if I could come pick it up/remove it.
Other days you’ll be encouraged to journal or write down your thoughts about a particular marriage related prompt.
Every day will also have at least one verse for you to study and pray over your husband.
